Frosting Rear Wall of AIO Tank

Would applying a frosted film or spray paint to the rear wall of my new AIO tank look good? It’s glass with a black film, so I’d be doing a white frosted surface if I did it.

Also, does anyone know of a safe paint to use for aquariums?

Just use a frosted film. Most tanks use film now days for the background.
