Frozen acrylic marks on sump?

So I am planning on setting up a 80 gallon tank and picked up this used sump last night from someone locally. I got a great deal but part of the acrylic looks "strange". It's not cracked but not clear..maybe where some water froze on it during storage. Should I be worried about integrity. I can't feel it with my finger so I'm thinking it's fine but wanted the opinion of the community.

Those are the best pictures i could muster with my iPhone. It holds water fine so I'm guessing its fine. Thanks for the response cromag.

Hey not trying to bash the brand sump...I have the exact same one and the corners are not welded good and I'm afraid it will break over time.. Just fyi
