I have a silly question, but I need my mind put to ease.

I've bought some frozen cyclops (TMC Gamma Blister pack) to try to feed to my yellow clown goby.
The pack its self mentions its for fresh water, but doesn't mention marine, though their website does.

Is this stuff o.k to put in my tank?

Not sure if there are different types. SFB says thiers is excellent for reef tanks. I've used the zoo med can before with no issue that I noticed. Fish loved it.
