Frozen food not frozen for long? Feeding?

How long can frozen food stay non frozen, and still ok to feed fish after refreezing it?

I only thaw what I plan to feed right then. It takes less than 5 minutes.

What if its fed to fishes?

They will be fine. I just wouldn't get in the habit of doing it.
