Fug starter kit

I ordered a medium refugium starter kit 2 months ago and I am still waiting for it to be processed .
Any advice from anyone out there please. Sorry from Algaebarn.

Depends on what the kit comes with I guess, all orders with phytoplankton get delayed up to two weeks so that might be part of it. Not sure if they are behind on anything else.

Edit, just saw the two months ago part. I would contact them directly and see what’s going on
