Picked up a nice galaxia frag from the lfs today. It’s my first one... any tips? I know they’re aggressive, how long do their sweepers usually extend? Also what’s a good diet for these guys and where should he be placed in the tank? My lights kinda suck so hopefully he will be good with lower light... It’s still a bit closed up in the picture.

Mine likes a lot of light and a lot of flow. Super mean.

The sweepers can easily be twice the size of the coral itself. Make sure to give it lots of room. Nice piece!!

6-8". Consider the direction of the flow as well ..
