Can General Cure and Copper Power be used at the same time?
When dosing Copper Power, do you bring it up slowly over how much time?

Yes they can be safely used together. Heavy aeration is very necessary. Other than that no worries. Copper can be ramped up at whatever rate you desire. Some people like to go super slow over 7 days. Others like myself ramp for around 48hrs.
