Gen4 Radion Xr30 pro help

I have a 6’ 180 gal display that I had 4 Hydra 26HD’s on. When the Gen5 Radions were released, I bought 4 of the Gen4 XR30 pros. I installed 3 on my tank along with a 5’ Aquaric Life T5 hybrid light. I am running the WWC schedule from 9:30 am-10:00pm and the T5’s run for 6 hours in the middle. I rented a PAR meter and I was extremely disappointed. I’m only reading 250-280 at the very top of my rocks. With the hydras I was getting 500-600 at the top. I thought Radions were a superior light? What am I doing wrong?

I always thought it wasn’t good to run your lights at 100%. I see all these guys here who claim their lights were never ran over 50% or so
