What’s wrong with the top mounted fan that are designed for them? Also, I test fit regular PC fans on my makerslim and they fit fine.

I like not chopping my fingers off (figuratively anyway :))
I am running three of the 20s over my 125 and love it! A lot of space to do what I want. I just seen them a month ago. They were available, just not really advertised. I bought my last one in ?July? of 2017, after sitting on the idea for a long time.
I have no idea why they weren't advertised more, they would have been really popular, and the price is very fair- I paid $60 for mine (20") at the time on special, plus maybe $10 for the fan. I have a feeling they didn't sell well enough and are being discontinued.
What I really miss is the T-slot profiles heatsinkUSA used to do, they were really nice for large fanless setups.
This I would be interested in!This is what Jeff @ Steve's said about Mint on a 3up:

If the price is in line with existing offerings I would be interested in a few to start, if it helps you reach the 20pc minimum.
Jeff is cool. I might get a few if it's a decent price.
