Well, this the humble beginnings of my tank. Its a 20 long with a kessil 160we blue tuna light. I might add another if its not enough light. I don't when I'll be finished buying everything for it cause I work in construction and you never know how the job will keep going. I'll post a build thread once everything is more certain.

Looks good @Cleo642

You're probably gonna need a second light unless you put all your corals near the center of the tank. What kind of corals do you want to keep?

Nice Hope!
Glad to see things coming together :)

"Scratching his head...??"

Nice start! Build thread time?! Excited!

A hob everything. This whole tank is going to be about simplicity.

I would start out by using either an Aquaclear or Bio-wheel HOB. An MP-10 would be nice for additional circulation, but a small Koralia would be a much cheaper alternative. A HOB skimmer can come later on down the road.

I was looking at koralia cause of the price. The lighting will/is probably gonna be the most expensive part. I am gonna one of those filters and put chemipure blue in them. For skimmer I will probably go aquamaxx or reef octopus hob.

And then there's always the <gulp> Jebao. Whatever pump you really yearn for, Jebao has a knockoff of it you can buy. :p

They look good. The 475 gph one would be good for a 20 gallon tank? Is it 10 gph per gallon turnover is what's recommended?

Either the 475 or 660 GPH. It can be tricky to get the flow right in a 20L because they are so shallow and you also have to worry about kicking up the sand. I'd go with 3.5mm sand to alleviate that.
