GHL dose 2.1 connection issues

Hi All

I have a GHL dose 2.1 and I have tried everything to get it to connect to the app over WiFi. I can connect to it directly.

Has anyone had the same issues? Any help is very much appreciated!

Have you tried reinstalling the app?
Changing your wifi setup? Sometimes, dosers or automated equipment won't connect to wifi that is on a 5g band. You have to set a separate wifi setup where it is running on a 2.4 band and not 5g.

As mentioned, GHL from my experience works best on 2.4 band.

Also you may need to update the WIFI Firmware…

That has resolved some of my connectivity issues.
Sometimes redo the same steps few times worked.

Also you can raise support ticket on GHL website, that is preferred support method by GHL.
