GHL Doser 2.1sa won't connect.

I've been unable to get my ghl 2.1sa doser to connect to the internet at work. I had the network guy look at it, and he couldn't find any reason why it wasn't connecting. Am I missing something?

I can connect to the doser with the USB cable
