GHL doser help

So I've just brought a new motor for my doser as heads 1 and 2 have stopped working can here them spinning up but shaft doesn't move.

New motors in still the same

What I should of done in the first place is what I've only just tried.
Take heads 1 and 2 and try them in the 3 and 3 connections
They work

So it's not the motors at fault ad they work
Anyone know why in heads 1 and 2 they power up but won't spin the shaft ?

Yes started a ticket with them had 1 reply saying it's the main board then they haven't bothered responding since waste of time.had to buy another doser
