I have a GHL stand alone doser 2.1, it works great. However I tried to log in to change my dosing rates. However the dosing pumps to not show up when I login. the doser is showing that it is on line however I can't see the pumps so that I can make adjustments such as fill level etc. I noticed the page is slow loading. So I tried to work with it from work and I get the same results. Thanks in advance for your help.

I just logged into a couple of the ones I have access to, via MyGHL and can make changes.
If you haven't in some time, make sure to update the FW version on the doser as we're constantly updating features and improving communication :)

I logged in four days ago with out any problems.
Understand. Check your firmware version when you get a chance. I'd start with power cycling your doser, updating the firmware, and trying again. Let me know if you run into any issues.

Can you see which version FW your doser has? It may be beneficial to update to the latest version if not already on it.
