Is your sump a stock tank to which you've added baffles, or is it a custom sump? How many gallons is it? It doesn't quite look like a 40b, but it fits in your stand like a glove!

The tank is a petco special 40b. I found a 4'x8' sheet of cast acrylic on Craigslist and cut the baffles myself, if u scroll down on the 1st page u can see all the pieces I cut and how I installed them :)

Great job. I build all my own stands also, but I really like your table top design and the additional cabinets and shelves for storage. How do you get the divider between he doors on the sump compartment to stand up when you open the doors on the stand?

It's just a small piece of scrap wood loosely screwed into the underside of the frame that swivels out to hold the divider ;)
