Gobies, Blennies, and Dartfish OH MY! (32 gallon stocking Question)

So restarting my 32 gallon Biocube after a move and am thinking of housing a:

Upper Water column/open swimmer: Scissortail Dartfish OR Harptail Blenny OR Smith's Blenny

with a

Middle water column/rocks: Firefish

and a

Lower water column/bottom: Tail Spot Blenny OR Linear Blenny.

My concern is that all of these fish look very similar or are closely related. Think they will get along or tear each other apart?

Also open to other suggestions.

Probably add in a mated pair of Banggai Cardinals or Skunk Clowns to make it a 5 fish total to round out the tank.

It seems pretty good, but I don't know too much about these specific fish.
The only thing I flag as potentially problematic is the harptail/smith blenny with a firefish, due to lots of similarities, but this thread and most of the other info out there suggests that it would be fine.

Tailspot blenny won't be on the bottom. I'd say a goby like a twin spot or other type of shrimp goby would be a bottom dweller. I think the tail spot and smiths blenny or harptail would be in conflict.

Ok with a small bottom dwelling goby in mind: will I have to have a fine sand substrate? I did that last time and absolutely hated it.

Maybe not super fine, but yes sand substrate.
