Going Bigger for the Cichlids

Yeah.... I’m a bit confused as well...are a pricey option like G4’s or the like ( GHL’s, etc..) a necessary expense on a FW tank ( it’s my understanding (perhaps wrong) that Cichlid tanks are usually just rock decorated.
The radion xr15 Fw Are especially made for freshwater tanks. Whether they would be overkill or not I don’t know. I cant imagine a lot of plants surviving in a Malawi tank. That said the colors are customizable and it’s a great fixture
