Stick it in the shade! Im sure it sounds crazy.. but if u want it back that yellow and bright, put it like not direct at all, think montipora shelf, and sorta on the edge under that. Like barely getting much light at all.That particular one source was unknown to me. Here is the vendor

Where they collect those its almost always in cracks in real like gritty murky sorta areas, not a ton of visibility, and they are on the bottom in cracks under other corals almost always. They look their best when they first come in, and the wholesalers barely light them. Just actinics, maybe 2 bulbs, to keep them bright.
The real secret to that particular one is to shade it some, and itll get bright like it was when it was new.
The purple is the sunscreen color, if that makes any sense at all.
