Does this Goni look healthy? I thought its tendrils might be a little thin.

My Params are below, nitrates look high but this was before I did a water change

It looks OK but not really extending. Your phosphate is too high, magnesium a bit low. I suggest getting phosphate down to 0.1 ppm, magnesium up to 1350 ppm.

I had just turned the light on but yesterday it was fully extended. I have been having phosphate problems but can’t seem to lower them
