Guy up a week ago just starting to extend polyps. Has shot off one baby which was way cool! Any advise on keeping these guys happy?

Feed it some Reefroids or goniopower once a week they love them
I've a green one and a pink one , the green I've had for about two years now and my clowns hosts it ... Stupid fish have a bubble tip in the tank lol

I feed a mix of frozen with reef nutrition oyster feast and Roti feast

What’s everyone’s favorite method to feed them?
Broadcast
Target feed with pumps off
Put a bottle over the coral and put the food in the bottle?

I target feed mine reefroids once a week and its doing well. Only been in my tank 2 months though so time will tell.

For goniopora I preferred target feeding. I mix reef nutrition oyster feast with reef roids. Turn the pumps off and the mixture forms a nice cloud of food that stays around the coral.
