I have a basic 10 gallon tank (Not cube) and I have been letting my tank run for about a month. I am aware of the time that it takes to add specific things, so keep that in mind but just imagine, 3 years from now, I have all this in my tank. Would it work for a beginner? Should I take things off or add stuff? Should I keep things in mind? Would they all get along?

Animals:
-Cleaner shrimp
-Blood Shrimp
-Bicolor Blenny
-One goby
-red leg hermit
-blue leg hermit
-emerald crab

Anemone:
-Rock flower

Coral:
-Toadstool/leather coral (on exposed rock in the middle of the tank) (No feed)
-Zoa coral
-GSP
-Finger Coral
-Duncan coral
-Hammer coral
-xenia coral

i would definitely opt out of the xenia/GSP. they'll quickly take over that 10G and take away from the other corals(in the sense where your attention will go to the xenia/GSP first because they'll grow quicker/more than the other corals you have planned on keeping).

in general this is not too bad.

I would be careful about the hammer being predatory once things grow in. If you start small enough, it may give you a good time frame.

Personally I think most of those corals are not fit for a 10 gallon.

Toadstool will outgrow everything and shade the tank in 6 months.
Duncan will grow out the tank in one year.
GSP and xenia will quickly spread to all available space in 6- months.
Hammer could work but it will grow and take up half the tank.

I would suggest to choose one or 2 of the above and specialize in it.

Personally for a small tank I would put slow growing colourful corals, such as plates, lobo's, trachy's, crayola chalices, different colour goni's, rainbow type favia, and empty spots would be filled by colourful zoa's (the non-weed type)
