This was my 30th surgery so I am no Noob to PT. :p Most of the time it is silly but there are a few surgeries where it is needed. Especially if you want to be able to walk or lift your arm after you heal.

Of course the type of cookies they have there is one determining factor for where I go. Also, if they actually want me to do anything, that is a big No No. It's hard to exercise and drink coffee at the same time :)

I am supposed to go in 3 weeks for this shoulder and have the place already picked out. I checked out the people there and the closest bakery. :rolleyes:

I got the shot in my knee
They said they both are really bad and ready to be replaced. I have thinking to do.

I got those shots so many times they glued a faucet in my knee. Just get the thing replaced. It's fun. :)

I suspect we have different definitions of fun.

Lots of heavily bleeding internet threads today. Perhaps a tourniquet is advised. About the neck perhaps.

At The dollar Tree today (everything is $1) everything is now $1.25.

I got a new one and I can't wait to do the other one. I want to see how much aluminum they could put in me. I got some titanium last week in my shoulder. Great stuff. You will have a ball. :p

tough hunt yesterday.
buddy tweaked a knee slipping on ice hidden by snow.
i fell.
no worries... the firearm never touched the ground.
Willow (my dog) hadn't been out in years.... and it showed.
disregarded most commands, verbal and whistle, and the training collar was malfunctioning.
but she did work hard.
found all the birds or where they had been.
shooters missed two. (one border line out of range but who doesn't like shooting)
ended up with 5/8.

me and Willow are both feeling it today.
no more ditch parrot hunts for us.

cleaning birds today.
maybe a water change later.

have a fab day.

Good morning all! Hearing about your dog reminded me of a guy I knew years ago who bought a really expensive dog, sent it off somewhere to be trained for hunting, bragged over and over about how great it was.....until the first day out and he took it off the leash. It ran through the marsh barking it's head off and had to be chased down because it wouldn't come back.
I hope everyone has a pleasant weekend. I may put my head in the sand and not turn on the news.

Good day....I missed morning. Y'all would have been proud of me yesterday. I actually walked outside when it was 48 degrees! I had on my down jacket and gloves (not the heated ones). It was actually very nice. Better than this:

Good morning. Been a few days. I’ve been busy breaking up empty wine and other colored booze bottles. I got a rock tumbler and am trying my hand at making my own sea glass.

@Paul B that’s a lot of surgeries! PT did help me a lot.

The raccoons (or whatever it is) were at it again last night. Bent the pole right over.
