Good morning everyone! I did a water change over the weekend and so the RODI water storage dropped below the low water sensor for the first time since I added the new solenoid and the Hydros controller turned the RODI unit turned on which went through the auto flush process, and then started making water and filling the RO storage. When the water filled to the high water sensor then the new solenoid valve closed and the RO system shut off. There is multiple redundancies (electronic and mechanical shutoffs plus leak detection) so I wasn't worried what happened if it didn't work, but it was pleasing to see everything work on its own like it was supposed to.

Good morning. Successfully introduced our Nashville son to the new pup yesterday. Introductions are a slow process and take a about an hour, but once you pass inspection, she won't leave you alone and you have a 60-pound lap dog.

Anyone have experience introducing rescue dogs? She's so sweet, but she has major trust issues. I'm hoping this will get easier with time, but I really don't know. She's being walked every day and doesn't freak out anymore when we pass random people, but approaching her is another story. She has come a LONG way in a month.

Good morning! We have had two rescue dogs and went through the same thing. Trust issues, scared of people, etc. They both got over that and acted like any other dog after a while. Have a great day everyone!

Thank you! This is our first non-puppy rescue, so it's been a whole different experience. Whoever we're introducing has to just sit down, not look at her, not make eye contact, not reach out their hand....just sit there. She will come over and sniff and will very gradually get closer. Eventually, you can pet her a little on the sides/behind, but not the head.

Once she's comfortable, everything changes. You can pet her everywhere and she will plop in your lap....mud and all. It's quite a process! Our sons have been our guinea pigs. We'll move on to the daughter-in-laws next!

At least she's not wearing pyjamas, slippers, and carrying a teensy-tiny backpack with a giant pillow, a stuffed animal, and a squashed lunch in it. I'd be stunned if I saw any of the local high schoolers put together a decent punk look instead of looking like they're wanting to take their bedroom to school with them...:)

They are going to Denver so they may find some snow. Then to Santa Fe , NM where it is burning so they may have to alter their route.

Good morning! I don't buy jeans with holes in them (not deliberately), but I'm a big fan of hair painting...not multicolor, just the non-gray variety. :D

I hope the college kids have a fun and safe road trip. :)
