Happy Birthday! Grilled salmon sounds like a winner to me!

Yum! I'm not a big fish lover, but one of my favorites is Firecracker Grilled Salmon. I use THIS RECIPE, with the exception that I run the red peppers through a spice grinder. I also mix everything in a mini-chopper that emulsifies the water/oil components. Now you've made me hungry for salmon!
