Good Morning!

Yesterdays storms:

At a distance , you can see the rain falling and it was then I knew rain was on the way. .. . . .

Then the clouds started to form:

It POURED here from that storm

I know we are reminded to wear our masks, but wow . . . . .

You know, it doesn't want to catch CARona! *punchline noises*

Going for a walk now, but I missed the sunrise by half an hour so I will have to be content watching other things.
Having a house full of old friends today, old in more ways than one as that is what happens when you keep your friends for 50+ years, they, and you tend to get old.

Good morning! Whatever you're drinking today, drink well and responsibly!

Good morning! Never made it to the LFS yesterday, but it's all good. I'm still working on frags for the owner. Did a water change yesterday, checked parameters, all good.

Have a great Sunday! Tomorrow starts four days in a row of Mondays...but a holiday weekend is coming!! ;Joyful

Good morning!

Went to a birthday party for a friends kid yesterday with my lady. Then took her kiddo to a carnival. Turns out I am getting old. The spin-y cups and other spin rides didn’t not make my stomach happy. Also kiddo won two common goldfish from that impossible ping pong ball toss game.

so this morning I watched said kiddo for a while while wife to be was at work. Now I’m with my brother watching church. Going to help the kiddo get and set up a proper tank for the fish and teach/help her with their care. And I couldn’t be happier, as it’s a great bonding opportunity. And who knows, maybe she’ll want to help with the Leviathan when I finally get it set up.

oh and dinner with an old friend and her husband with my lady and the kiddo today.

it’s a good Sunday!

Another week another upload! Been having fun with this channel, and genuinely makes me happy knowing some people have reached out and said they help!

Happy Sunday reefers, picked up a bunch of little blue legs to replenish the army LOL!

This Morning we are having old friends over and I decided to wash and wax the floors in my workshop/Man cave and garage.

So I vacuum the floor, then wash it, then mop it. Then mop it two more times to get up any dirt.
Then I do the same to my garage which is epoxy coated.

I get the wax and start waxing. This is one of those one step waxes that you just put on and it dries like glass.

I do the entire thing and I am waiting outside for it to dry to see the glossy shine.

As it is drying, it is getting duller and duller. OK, I figure it needs another coat. I walk into my workshop and put another coat on the entire thing.
Workshop and garage.

I am again waiting for the beautiful shine. After 20 minutes it dries looking like old galvanized sheet metal that was left outside Humblefishes house for 2 years and he spilled salt water and copper on it every day.

Then I figure something is wrong so I should call the manufacturer and give them a piece of my mind about this terrible product.

As I am looking for the manufacturer on the label I read "Floor Stripper". Do not let dry on the floor or you need a bulldozer to remove it, or something to that effect.

Great.

Good Morning! It's my Friday! Only 16 more hours of work to go, then 2 days off. Time to figure out some Apex Programming and clean out the sump. Overdosed Alk this morning. Shouldn't be too bad. It's a toasty 29 this morning. Below freezing in August. High of 51 today. Now I want to play solitaire and watch captain kangaroo. I need this song out of my head. Have a good one!
