Good morning Ice and Snow! Yes 6 inches of snow shuts San Antonio down lol.
Lost power yesterday at 2 am . At least I have a gas fireplace. It came back on at 3 pm. The Reef Tanks was down to 66.
Very stressful day. Today is still 16 outside but I have power and the tanks seem to be ok.

Good morning! It’s a toasty 20 currently. We got close to 8 inches of snow yesterday. 3 foot drifts. Town is a mess. At least I’m off today.

I was only outside for about half hour clearing snow. When I came in I found my beautiful Six Lined Wrasse on the floor. Most well behaved Six Line I’ve ever had. He will be missed! :(

Thank You! We love ALL of our furry, feathered & finned babies like they were our children. Always hits me hard. At least he went with a full belly. I had just fed them before I went outside.
I knew they were known jumpers but I’ve had them in the past and never had one bail out before.

I'm so sorry about your wrasse! I hate fish jumpers. I've had some fish losses over the years that really hit me hard, so I understand how you feel. :(

Not sure if I’m going to replace him. My little Nano is pretty crowded as it is. He was actually friends with my female Clown. Maybe if the clowns had the tank to themselves, they will form a tighter bond. Angela thinks we should get something else though. We’ll see!

Good morning! Hopefully, I won't be adding to the snow pictures tomorrow. It's a toasty 19 now, which is way too cold for my bones. We are now under a winter weather advisory, which usually means nothing other the grocery stores being stripped of all traces of milk and bread. I did have to check my coffee and creamer supply. Running out of those would be a horrible tragedy! ;Joyful

My naughty clown has been relocated to the BioCube for now. He just couldn't play nice with the new tang.

I tend to agree with Angela. I have had some special fish over the years and chose not to replace them with the same species...kind of like retiring a jersey! Sounds like another trip to the LFS will be happening soon! :)
