Sorry to hear of all those in pain. Hope you find relief soon.

Going to do a water change on my 34 gal reef tank today. Will be the first in about 5 months since my shoulder problems and then surgery. The good news is since no water changes ,or any maintenance ,for so so long, I am finally seeing the Dino problem going away now. Although I have only 2 corals still alive. I hope that the dinos don’t start getting worse again after the water change!

good morning all... :) donuts n doctor's ...i'll be short ,2013 at 42 ,superman to could not walk..dr to dr ,guinea pig on meds almost full year ,asked is this in my ears,"no ears are fine"primary said maybe in my head...:mad:i said "yes it is but it sure ain't physc" looked at me in shock ,was my dr over 25 yrs then ,walked out,walked in said,here go now he will see you in 15 min "a neurologist " friend of his ,wired me up tests 3 days in a row,you need an ear surgeon...;Facepalm

Bear is our first large large breed dog. We have had several 70 pounders. We had trouble getting enough food in him without having stuff coming out both ends for a while including bloody pancreatitis. Usually in the middle of the night. He would come to the side of the bed and Jill would tell him to go lay back down. Oops, bad call. He can wipe out a whole room. We finally found something recommended on a German Shephard forum and he has been fine since.

Good Afternoon!
I went to the LFS and they has Nessarius on sale limit 4. how did they know i wanted 4 when even I didn't? but i got that many. instead of a sifting star.
in the FW department i bought 3 panda cory's and 5 Hengei rasboras.
in the dry goods i bought a 24" 4 in 1 Aquascraper. The shaft not counting the hand grip is 25"! at last a scraper that will reach the bottom without getting my hand wet. Hopefully it won't break the first time i use it.
all in all a happy birthday present self inflicted. thank me.

I think I missed Good Morning today....I meant to post, just before I left for Nashville to meet the latest grandbaby! Oh well, I had really good intentions. Son and DIL are just slightly exhausted, but baby girl is beautiful and doing great. ;Joyful Heading back to Nashville tomorrow!

I am going to get a home gym today. My body is turning into goo. Another part of the disease progression that has to be resisted vigorously. It's a cable system. I don't trust myself with free weights anymore. I would probably drop one on Louie. That would be bad.

I guess I will go clean the fish poop out of the skimmers and recharge the GFO reactor.

Now it's 6. Time for coffee.
