Just got this duncan yesterday from my LFS. My tank is currently zoa, hammer, frogspawn, ricordia - things that are OK with lower par, or will be mounted higher for stronger par. The par where the duncan is is about 60. I got the duncan set up last night temporary, with plans to resettle it with the other frags today (I'm adding an arch and finally gluing down my corals - it's been delayed too many times!). But considering how happy the duncan looks here, I'm hesitant to move it. There's enough flow I can see some movement from the fingers. It's as big and fluffy as it was at the LFS. Will 60 par be enough in the long term? I do eventually want to add a second light and boost those numbers, but that's at least 4 or 5 months out.

I had mine halfway up the rocks, I find they like medium light and medium flow. 60 par is too low IMO

Thanks everyone! I'll double check with the par meter before final placement. Still super big and happy - I have a hammer and a frogspawn in similar par for 2 weeks now, and they still look happy (happier then in the fluval for sure). I think I can also boost the par a bit more on my light.
