So I have a 150 gallon tank with a stand that came with the tank my problem is two corners aren't touching and if I shim it takes so many my whole tanks off the ground I was wondering if I could put plywood underneath the stand and shim off that the ground is really thin carpet with what feels like concert right under or I could put the plywood in between the tank and stand and shim that way rather not because the stand looks nice and wouldn't be as much of a eye sore being under the stand

You should be fine doing that. Is there trim around the top of the stand to hide the bottom of the tank? If so, you may be able to put a sheet of foam down to help level the tank out and support it at the same time.
There is trim around top of stand but its level with the top I got a yoga mat underneath the tank right now was thinking most of it was in the floor just from the front I can see a gap underneath the stand about 6 inchs enough to fit maybe 4 baseball cards so the floor is all kinds of unlevel
