Got my jeboa DCT 8000 return pump today!

This thing is massive probably alittle over kill for a 90.. But it fits well in the sump and the controller is sexy!

Yea there powerful, i have the 12000 on a 450l, the advantage is it handles a manifold pretty well just not more then 6 feet of head

I have had a DCT-6000 on my 125 gallon for a couple of months now, and it works very well. No complaints yet :)

That's what I like to hear I most deff could of went for the 6000 but for 9$ more figure get the 8K. ;)

WoooHooo! I'm also kicking around going DCT for my 90 DT and was thinking 6000. I currently run a MAG 9.5. I'll be hard plumbing and would like to know the threading on the pump. Some have said it's NPT, while others have said it's some foreign threading. I see you went the tubing route, but would you know the threading?

I don't know the size difference of the 6k and I don't know the size of the 8k lol but I can tell you they are foreign one of the pics shows the connected it's a screw down its next to 3/4 pvc if this helps. The

I picked up the new DCS 9000 for my 120G a couple of months ago. More head and less electricity than the older versions. It's a very nice pump.

I just got a DCT 4000 for my 68g return and previously ran a DC 3000 and have had no problems. Going to use the 3000 for my manifold. It's pretty quite if you add foam to the bottom.

Have had a dct12000 on my 120g, 6ft head with split return since February. So far, so good.

Mine is quiet with no foam but I did use tubing, not hard piping..

Not pump related but saw your pic of the inside of your stand. Might wanna line up the inside with a pond liner just in case you get water leaks somewhere and contain the water inside the stand. Saved my flooring couple of times now and all I have to do it vacuum it with a wet vac.
