Hello all. What is this growing from my blue zoas? I know there's hair algae growing next to it, but there's a clear difference and it's annoying. How do i get rid of it? Hope the video works and thanks in advance.

Ps my derpy bicolor blenny says hi.

Not impossible but quite the battle. First pull what you can by hand - More the better.
Then using a dental pick or small crochet needle, pull off the roots. YOU MUST remove roots or it will keep coming back.
You can then reduce white light intensity . Add cleaners to finish cleanup such as Emerald crabs (which I do not trust, LG astrea snails. chiton snails, Pitho crabs, and pin cushion urchins.
IF you CANT get to all the roots, although I do not favor use of - Fluconasal (FLUX) will work. After
