I ordered from aquacave this week and needed a protein skimmer as I had some breaking issues with my old one. They stated they only had my skimmer in different shipping warehouse and knew I needed mine in a hurry . They suggested several skimmers and listened to my issues. One of the skimmers I was offered was one I wanted to do some research on. However I was at work and couldn't immediately do so. After researching later they let me call them back directly and within minutes had a nicer skimmer than the one I ordered price matched for the skimmer I did order and shipped it out. This is the kind of costumer service you do not receive anymore especially ordering online. I was very impressed and they saved me alot of money in shipping by giving me average costumer wait times from my area and letting me know it would arrive roughly the same time as the more expensive shipping. Just overly impressed. Thank you
