A couple days ago one of my fish decided to splash water on top of one of my Gen2 LED fixtures, resulting in a shorted out ballast. I sent a PM to Luke about getting a replacement ballast (along with a spare in case it happens again) and he sent me two free of charge that same day! Thanks again Luke for the wonderful customer service and I look forward from doing business with you again in the future!
