I ordered 2 Talbots damsels, an aquacultured Links goby and a royal gramma for my 155. The communication was great, advising me of the stage of acquisition and quarantine the fish were in. When I had a billing question it was answered via email the same day. The fish shipped the day they were promised and they sent a third Talbot’s damsel. Such an underrated fish… all the fish arrived fat and healthy. The fish were double bagged and the plastic bags sealed. I followed their acclimation instructions and had the fish released and eating in an hour. The bag water was precisely at the 1.026 indicated in the shipping instructions so really the acclimation process consisted of warming the fish to 78F from the 73F the bags had dropped to during overnight air.

Great experience. Definitely my new go to for fish.
