While I am no expert at zoa identification these look like what has been previosly accepted as Great Owl here on R2R:

In comparison here are what is widely accepted as Scrambled Eggs:

Significant difference is the dark ring between the yellow and skirt on the SE as well as purple centers and solid skirts on the GO.

I think its because of the distinct break and contrast in color. So many zoas are kinda muddled, mottled, or colors just inconsistent from polyp to polyp. A zoa with perfect lines and consistent coloration between polyps makes for a very amazing colony!

In the case of great owls, it could be legit that no one has them xD

If you reread what he wrote he was insinuating that what the seller was selling was not worth what he was asking, which is what you are are also doing. Just because you do not see the value doesn't mean that it is not there.

Like everything high end, rarity, scarcity, history, uniqueness and peoples general desire to own "limited editions" drive the sales price of these. You may not care but clearly others do based on the number he has sold at asking price.
