Green Algae on my glass

I have to clean my glass every few hours because of film of green algae. How do I stop this? Thank you.

Water is good got it tested yesterday, 2- t5 blue lights on top of tank

Ro water, 1.026 - 1.027 salinity

Once you get all the technical water chemistry, lighting, and water flow resolved, you might want to consider one of those floating magnetic glass cleaners. :)
