Green bali slimer not extending polyps

Hello, my GBS is not extending its polyps, and in fact, has little holes in the body where the polyps are supposed to grow. What surprises me even more is that half is really healthy and the other half is just brown with no polyp extension. My other acros are well extended. Does anyone know the cause of this?

Hey there! Can you tell us a little about your tank? Some pictures of the coral in whiter light and listing water parameters can help determine an underlining factor. Also a history of any recent changes that may have been made.

Looks fairly new it might be adjusting… did you dip it and check for pests? I don’t see anything in the photo when I blow it up but you never know.
