Green Bubble tip anemone lighting

What kind of lighting do bubble tip anemones need and how many hours of lighting do they need daily?

Also, the new bta I got was anchored and open yesterday but now is face down with its tentacles on the floor (bare bottom aquarium) and foot in the facing up. I got it just a few days ago, is this to be worried about or is it just him finding a comfortable spot to settle down? Still appears healthy otherwise (physically)
