Green cabbbage leather-too much light

Have had my green cabbage leather for probably 4-5 years

it opens, it’s greenish colored

but when i see tgem at lfs they look more soft like felt looking if that makes sense and littlepolyp sprigs on them if that makes sense

I never have that-which leads to my next question could i be giving it too much light

It’s 1/2 way to 2/3 up in tank and have been seeing them on sandbeds-i’ve never really thought about it i guess

Moved it down to just off the sand bed

4 hrs of re aquascaping

Let’s hope didn’t stir anything to bad up
