Green toadstool frag

I have a green toadstool frag was fine for a month. But past week he hasn't opened up. Haven't moved him all parameters are good

Toadstools do this as part of their normal growth. They will usually shed after. Just make sure nothing is bothering it. I have seen it retract if a fish or invert keeps bothering it.
