Green torch health

So I bought this green torch and it has not healed this section since the beginning.
Is it on its way out or does it still have a chance, it always seems happy . The lights are off at this time so that’s why it’s recessed

Its not the happiest for sure, but you do have polyp extension. I dont think its on its way out, if theres one thing about euphyllia is that you will absolutely know if they are dying. Most commonly you will have polyp bailout and just left with a skeleton. I do see the damaged part of the skeleton that looks like the polyps are gone, A healthy torch will repopulate that part of the skeleton in time, at least in the current condition, because the head still has living polyps in it.

If the flow is really high that will happen to the polyps, the polyps should be flowing with the flow but not battered down to where they tear or slam into rocks.

It just flaps bevause it is torn, torch gets moderate flow

I had this happen with too much flow. It is still healing corals are slow. :)
