Griesemann Infiniti light

Only one bank of t5's coming on in sunrise mode, if run test mode all lights come on. Bank of lights never come on unless I go thru a manual test mode and then they stay on. Any ideas what causing this? Thanks

I have reached out to them but it takes 2 weeks or so for them to respond. I just thought someone on here has Griesemann lighting and could help a fellow reefer out.
