Grow lights ... would these be useful for algae only tank?

I found these lights and really like them for my plants/seedlings and was wondering if they might be good on an algae grow out tank/refugium where I really don't care what color of light I see.

I do think a macro algae tank with some invertebrates would be a really cool tank.

That's basically the same light I have over my fuge, only mine is a pendant. The light glows pink but it grows chaeto very well. If the tank is appropriately sized to the light, I'd feel pretty confident with that purchase.
