Growing or hiding on frogspawn

Hi all,
I noticed this on my frogspawn it was out about an inch long but retracted when I tried to get a picture so I picked up my coral and saw it’s hiding or growing out of the bottom of the frogspawn. I have researched but can’t find anything. Help please, What is this?

I'm hoping not, but those look like the dreaded aiptasia tentacles

I see three tentacles rather than two palps, so I'd guess it's a "pest" anemone of some variety.
