Growth in sump

What are these?
They are all over the wall of my sump in the return section. The pic outside the sump is one I took out. They are soft and don't appear to be moving.

+1 pineapple sponge and good filter feeders.

totally normal. The only downside is that they get sucked up and either get put into the display or stuck in the pump and I have to clean it every so often

You can make Pina Coladas with anything if you're brave enough.
