Growth on goby face

I just noticed today my green goby has a growth on the side of its chin. The same colour as its skin so im not sure if it is a cut of any sort.

Doesnt seem to stop it from moving around and eating. Any idea what this could be?

Looks to be a skin tag from an injury but need clearer pics as these are fuzzy to tell accurately

I will get some when the lights go out in an hour. I usually am able to take the clearest pictures than. My phone doesnt like to focus with the tabk lifht on
