all feeding has impact on nitrates but some food has more phosphate than others. Reef Roids fo example is super high. Usually dry pallets are higher but don’t ask why.
As per . KH2PO4 it is a fertiliser I am sure it is available. I would go eBay for that.
I'll look for KH2PO4, thanks!
Do you happen to know about the nitrates and phosphates in the thera+ pellets?

Update:
Today everything took a turn for the worst. My mushroom corals are not happy at all and my GSP did not opened a single polyp today.
I went to the best LFS (seriously, it's amazing haha) to try and get some phosphate additive but they told me that they do not recommended me to dose phosphates but insted to add some live phytoplancton wich they grow themselves and to ghostfeed directly into the DT (insted of the filter sock).
I just dosed my first few ml of live phyto and hopefully everything will be as good as new in a few days.

Any thoughts?

out of curiosity, what is your light schedule and intensity like? Also, is it a new tank?
I use the BRS recommended settings and the tank is approx 8 months old. In my entire tank life I have only made some minor changes to the light and none of those have been in the past month or so. Here is a photo of the settings

your light intensity is low so i'm guessing light intensity is not an issue.

You could try phyto but I don't have alot of experience with phyto. I just started dosing phyto in the last 2 weeks. I do see better color

It's been 4 days since I started dosing Phyto and ghost feeding. I'm starting to see some small results. My GSP is still completely closed up but my mushroom is looking better.
I haven't seen any change in coloration

PS: A weird thing is that the GSP is actually growing a little bit in this process

I'll keep you posted guys, thanks for all the help! :)

Out of curiosity, have you experienced any disadvantage with dosing phyto?

I haven't noticed any disadvantages. I thought i would have seen an increase in copepods but those little guys can hide pretty well. No changes in No3 or Phos.
A member here named Eldredge cultures a 4 blend phyto that im using. Great guy and knowledgable and will also ship to you at a reasonable price if you wanted to try. There's also alot of articles in R2R about phyto that are good reads.

Great to hear that there are no disadvantages so far!
Today my GSP opened some of it's polyps (maybe 10%), I guess that's better than nothing haha.
That sounds interesting but since I live in Mexico I think that the shipping rate would be a no-go for me haha, The phyto that I'm dosing is a propietary blend of my LFS and thus far is working good enough.

I'll keep the updates coming :)

So, today I'm back to square 1.
Most of the GSP polyps are extended but it's tentacles still completely retracted, any ideas??

not sure what that is. looks like a shrimp of some kind.
maybe you can dip the gsp and remove some pests that you cant see.
I don't have any dip for the moment but I can try and buy it on Monday.
Any specific one you recommend??

Wouldn't dipping the coral induce even more stress in it?
Do you think the pros outweighs the cons in this situation??

The weird thing is that I haven't introduced anything in the last 4-5 months

did you dip your frag when u introduced the GSP into your tank?
It's good practice to always dip and acclimate before adding to your tank.
I use CoralRX but there's all types like Revive and others like Lugols.
Dipping will likely add some stress but rinse it well and place back in your tank. Avoiding pests in your tank is always a pro when it comes to reefing.
Try adding a little more flow to the GSP

I didn't dipped the frag because I was even more of a newbie than what I am today haha. I'll dip any new frag that I bring but for the moment I'm not planning on adding any new one

I increased flow by 10% today, hopefully that will be enough.

Is it possible that there's a new pest after so many months of not adding anything?

pests can pop up anytime imo. they could be just a juvenile when you get them and multiply in time and you won't notice them until it's a problem..
monitor with the slightly increased flow and see how it goes. the fact that the GSP is encrusting the rock is a good sign

I didn't though they could take so long to develop haha, thanks!

It's actually not on the rock. It's on a frag plug that's on top of the rock but hopefully it will start encrusting it soon enough
