I have no clue what happened to it. I believe she was being chased by a fish similar in size to her. She does have inflamed gills. Maybe ammonia?
main question, is it too late. 83EE1EF9-7534-4E9C-A53F-43921BF71030.jpeg image.jpg

pictures aren't really super high res so its hard to say. If the guppy comes from fry that you raised a bent spine is actually incredibly common probably due to just how inbred the fish are. There is no cure for this. I have seen guppies live a full life with a bent spine but I can only imagine the quality of life for them isn't great.

There is some evidence poor food and water quality could be a cause. Otherwise the most common cause is fish tuberculosis in which case it is best to just dispose of the fish as there is no cure and it will only spread it.

guppies should be kept 1 male to every 3 females or all males. Otherwise the males shorten them life spans of the females.

if its a male guppy. They do bend their backs as part of a mating display.

Guppies are normally found in hard water in most of their native range. A tablespoon of aquarium salt per gallon may help with raising the alk and ph and provide some balancing effect.

But i would do after a water change, how big is the tank?
