I recently removed both of my XF230s and Icecap modules and sold them. Now we can’t get them to work on the new owner’s Apex. We have tried both pumps and both modules, and the combinations of both, with no luck. The only difference is they were on the 2016 Apex in my tank, and he has the Apex classic. We’ve tried the module reset on both of them, the ref light turns off after power up, and the variable speed outlets show to be on in fusion with green lights on the Apex itself, but the pumps don’t spin when the cable is plugged in. They do spin when unplugged from the controller. Any ideas?
