I have 2 Maxspect Gyre xf250 on my 100 Gallon Tank. Currently in my tank i have a Mixed Reef tank. Whats the best setting for flow and what number for power would you keep it at

I like alternating gyre and anti sync.

I personally do a 30 sec ramp up and down and a 2 minute max/min power time.

I bottom mine at 0% and it goes to 60%, but the max power is going to be up to what you decide is best for your tank.
